If you need to reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice.
Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours must be made directly via call or text and are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
A card is required on file when booking to hold your appointment. It will not be charged until the time of your service unless you cancel within 48 hours or no-show.
Appointment reminders are sent via text 72 hours before your scheduled time, allowing you to confirm or make changes on your own.
Please know that this policy is never personal—it simply allows me to respect everyone's time, including other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Thank you for your understanding and support!

I completely understand that things don’t always go as planned! If you’re running more than 10 minutes late, please let me know via text or phone call if you’re able.
To respect both your time and the next client’s, I may need to adjust your service accordingly. This could mean modifying or shortening parts of your appointment, and in some cases, we may need to reschedule. The full-service price will still apply.

For your convenience, I accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Afterpay, and cash (exact amount only, as I do not keep change on hand). I also accept gift cards and gift vouchers, which can be purchased online or in the studio.
